【H Type Track】 An H type track is part of a 3 wire 1 circuit (single circuit) track lighting system. It features three metal clips: two on one side and one on the other. L- and J-tracks use only two wires, and H tracks require three. It's crucial to use the appropriate track lighting parts for each type; mixing them may not be compatible.
